BioReset Medical Silicon Valley was born out of a deep recognition: modern medicine often overlooks the nervous system's complexity, especially when it comes to mental health, trauma, and stress-related conditions.
After two decades as an anesthesiologist and interventional pain specialist, Dr. Matt Cook grew disillusioned with the traditional, compartmentalized approach to care. He saw patient after patient suffering - not from lack of effort, but from lack of options.
The breakthrough came when he discovered the role of ketamine therapy in helping rewire stress patterns and initiate neurophysiological change. What to Expect During a Session
Your session begins long before the medicine starts.
From the moment you arrive, our team is focused on creating a calm, private, and supportive environment - so you can feel grounded, not rushed. You’ll be guided to a comfortable treatment room with soft lighting and minimal distractions. Most patients describe the space as quiet, cozy, and unexpectedly peaceful.
After a brief check-in, we’ll go over the plan for the day and make sure all your questions are answered. Once you’re settled, you’ll receive your ketamine treatment, administered either through an IV or intramuscular injection, depending on your personalized care plan.
During the session, you’ll be given an eye mask, noise-canceling headphones, blankets and any pillows you may want for comfort. Before the medication is administered you will be offered access to Limitless Guided Visualizations, a mindset companion app made for ketamine therapy. There are several channels to choose from: Chill Music - a playlist of music for ketamine therapy, or Journey Macrodoses - gentle neuro-informed ketamine therapy guided sessions to support rewiring baseline stress responses and default mode thinking. Throughout the experience, a trained clinician will monitor your safety and remain close by to ensure you’re fully supported. We’re here if you need anything; but you’ll have space to go inward, uninterrupted.
After the session ends, you’ll have time to rest, reorient, and ease back into your surroundings. Most patients feel reflective, quiet, or emotionally open after their sessions. Some journal, some sit in stillness, some talk it through. There’s no “right” way to feel; only what’s true for you in that moment.

What Happens After the Session
Your care doesn’t stop when the session ends. After each ketamine treatment, you’ll have time to rest and reorient in a quiet, private space. Our team provides simple, supportive recommendations to help you process your experience, these may include light breathwork, gentle movement, nutrition tips, or curated Chill Music designed to reinforce calm, clarity, and emotional flexibility.
Between sessions, we stay connected. Our team checks in to track progress, answer questions, and make adjustments to your care plan if needed.
